Previously, Issac was the CEO of Codenomicon, a leader in robustness and security testing tools. Prior to that, he was the senior Vice President of Marketing, Business & Corporate development at CoWare. He was also the Vice president & General Manager of the SPW Business Unit. Before that, he was Vice President of worldwide field operations, managing the sales and services organization, as well as Vice President of product operations, managing the engineering and applications organization. Prior to joining CoWare, Isaac spent ten years at Cadence in multiple management roles in sales, marketing and services organization. Before joining Cadence, Isaac worked at Intel for six years as a manager in the ASIC and Systems organization.

Issac has MSEE from Florida Institute of Technology, Florida and MBA from Arizona University. He enjoys hiking, tennis and traveling, and is an advisor to numerous start-up companies in the US and India. He is also active in non-profit and charitable work.
